ROASTED PEPPER AND WHITE BEAN SPREAD

This is SUPER easy and SUPER yummy! It only has a few ingredients and whips together in about 5 minutes. From my "Gourmet Cookbook".

1 cup bottled roasted red bell peppers
1 can white beans
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 olive oil
1 clove garic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Pita bread or baguette slices

Place all ingredients exceot bread in bowl of food processor and process until smooth. Serve with pita triangles or baguette slices (toasted or not).
