Ingredients:
2 bonesless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup feta cheese
2 tablespoons chopped sun dried tomatoes
2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
1 cup seasoned bread cumbs
2 tablespoons sun dried tomatoes
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon oil from sun dried tomatoes
2 eggs beaten
salt & pepper, to taste
Pre-heat ven to 350 degrees.
Place breadcrumbs, additional sun dried tomatoes, garlic and oil in food processor and process until combined.
Dip each breast into egg and then into bread crumb mixture. Place on baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
