1 cup olive or vegetable oil
4 tablespoons lemon juice
4 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
1 pinch thyme
1 pinch oregano
1 1/2 pounds shrimp
1/2 pound cooked vermicelli
Clean, devein and peel shrimp ans set aside.
Combine all ingredients except for shrimp in an 8X8 square baking pan and mix until combined.
Add shrimp to spice mix and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Pre-heat overn to 350 degrees.
Bake shrimp for 10-15 minutes or until cooked.
To serve, place rice or pasta on plate, top with shrimp and then sauce. Eat with crusty french or italian bread (perfect with my recipe for italian bread!!)
